This womens wellness yoga workshop is led by Claire Dobbs. It is an opportunity for women to come together and support each other within the context of a nurturing, feminine yoga practice. The essence of this practice is to nourish and celebrate the feminine spirit in each of us. The practice will be based around a more restorative yoga approach to help promote hormonal balance. The workshop is suitable for women of all ages whatever your life stage including those who are menopausal or post-hysterectomy.
