In 2008, she graduated in Physiotherapy from the University of the West of England. Lauren has a keen interest in paediatrics. Since graduating, she has worked in various children’s specialities within The Evelina London Children’s Hospital and the Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust. Lauren has trained in paediatric respiratory, neurology and musculoskeletal settings.

In addition to this, she has training in hydrotherapy, baby massage and children’s disabilities. She has worked for the NHS for the past 8 years. As a result of this experience, she has gained a wealth of knowledge in children’s conditions. Lauren has a specific interest in paediatric development and the treatment of multiple disabilities and complex needs. As well as this, she has a strong interest in women’s health. As a consequence, she is intending to undertake further training to broaden her experience.

Since having her first baby over a year ago, Lauren has developed an understanding and ongoing interest in the multiple needs which arise for mother and baby. She is passionate about providing holistic care. In order to further this, she recently trained to become a baby massage teacher.

Lauren practises paediatric physiotherapy at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. In addition, she also leads our periodic baby massage courses.

Working in tandem with our partners at Yoga Mama Wellness, we offer a broad selection of mat-based classes as part of our exercise and injury prevention programme. Our team of highly qualified Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi teachers aim to help you achieve a mind-body balance.

DALLAGLIO FOUNDATION

We are proud to support the Dallaglio Foundation, founded by retired England and British Lions star Lawrence Dallaglio. The foundation helps disadvantaged young people via the RugbyWorks programme. It also organises the biennial Dallaglio Cycle Slam fundraising challenge.
