Amidst the current Covid-19 Coronavirus outbreak, we have implemented a phased reopening of our clinic and have made some changes as to how you can book appointments with us. We are initially offering some limited practitioner sessions with our team of Osteopaths and Physiotherapists from Monday to Saturday. You can also now book appointments with our visiting Acupuncturist and Podiatrist. As time progresses, we will look to gradually reintroduce other services. In the meantime, services such as Massage Therapy remain unavailable. Please note that we are currently unable to offer appointments at our Chelsea Osteopathy Clinic.
HOW TO BOOK APPOINTMENTS
Online booking remains suspended. In order to book an appointment, we would ask clients to call us on 020 878 93881 or to email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. In line with our Safety Policies, we require clients to complete a Covid-19 screening when booking.
BOOKING BY TELEPHONE
With our reduced opening hours, we are currently manning our telephone lines from 9am to 12pm from Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, we have an answering service. Don’t hesitate to leave us a message with a brief explanation of what you need, and one of our team will reply at the earliest opportunity.
REMOTE ONLINE CONSULTATIONS
We continue to offer remote online consultations, which have proven to be popular during lockdown. We recommend these if you need or wish to remain at home and especially if you are in a Vulnerable or High Risk category or are Shielding. Psychotherapy sessions with Fiona Worthington and Anna Tingle will continue on a remote consultation basis only for the time being. ONLINE YOGA, PILATES, TAI CHI & FITNESS CLASSES
Our colleagues at Yoga Mama Wellness continue to run online Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Fitness classes. At present, these class can only be booked online via the Yoga Mama Wellness booking system. For more information, please visit the classes section of our website.
