These Breathing and Birth Preparation classes combine breathing techniques and birth preparation yoga. They are led by Diane King SYT, who is an experienced Pregnancy and Birth Preparation yoga teacher. We have designed this class specifically for women who are in the final stages of pregnancy (from week 32 onwards). This is a time when expectant mums most need to quieten the mind, let go of time pressures and constant doing.
We have designed these bespoke classes to suit individual needs. However, as a general rule, we cover the following topics:
- The natural physiology of birth
- Yoga movement and birth positions
- Breathing practices
- Restorative relaxation
Our Breathing and Birth Preparation Yoga classes are led by Senior Yoga Teacher Diane King. They are suitable for women in the later stages of pregnancy (week 32 onwards). At present, we are currently not running any online or in-studio group classes. However, we do offer private online 1:1 classes upon request. See below for more details.
At this time, online booking is unavailable on 1:1 sessions with Yoga Mama Wellness online booking system.
