Our general mat-based Pilates classes aim to condition and strengthen the body by maintaining and restoring correct postural alignment. We then focus on building strength in the abdomen and lower back. Our small mat-work classes allow you to receive personalised attention from our highly qualified team of Pilates teachers.
OUR GENERAL PILATES CLASSES
We are currently not running online group General Pilates classes. However, 1:1 sessions are available upon request. See below for more details.
At this time, we are unable to take online bookings for private classes with Yoga Mama Wellness. If you would like to book a 1:1 session, please call us on 07939 589 083 or send an email to email@example.com. Yoga Mama Wellness offers single sessions and block bookings of 5 and 10 sessions. We offer single sessions and class passes for our online classes. At present we are unable to take class bookings or accept cash payments at our reception. Therefore, students must make all bookings and payments via the Yoga Mama Wellness online booking system. Enrolment closes 60 minutes before classes are due to commence, so we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. When booking your class, you will receive a confirmation email which includes the ZOOM meeting link for your class. Join the ‘meeting’ 5 minutes or so before the class starts with your audio and video switched on so that the teacher can say hello. You can then go off and do other things or get settled before the class starts.
Our online classes are powered by ZOOM. In order to join a class, download the latest version of Zoom. We recommend leaving plenty of time for this so as to avoid any last minute hitches before your class starts.
Please ensure your device is charged sufficiently for the duration of the class (60 minutes).
ATTENDING THE STUDIO
We have reduced our in studio class capacity to 6 in order to allow correct (1m+) social distancing. We kindly request students follow the guidelines below.
Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled class and use a face covering in all communal areas. You can remove this once inside the studio. Remember to wash your hands or use sanitising gel before entering the studio. Prior to the entering the studio, we provide pre-class temperature screenings.
Mat spaces will be marked out to help you stay physically distanced. Please bring your own mat and any props you wish to use, as we are unable to provide mats or props at present. We do have some mats and props on sale if needed.
Teachers will not be offering hands-on adjustments for the time being. Finally, we ask you keep personal belongings to a minimum.
