JUST MAMAS FITNESS
This Just Mamas Fitness class is for mamas only. It is a postnatal fitness class that combines strength, toning and conditioning exercises; as well as providing an hour of “me time” for mamas. The class is led by a specialist Postnatal Fitness instructor, who is also a highly qualified Pilates teacher. Please note that babies do not attend this class.
