LEGS BUMS AND TUMS
4-WEEK COURSE: STARTS SATURDAY 22 JUNE, 8:45 – 9:45AM
Legs Bums and Tums (LBT) has been around since the early 90s and has stood the test of time. Shape up and burn fat as you squat, lunge and plié. This fun high repetition class is suitable for all levels and works target specifically on the thighs, abdominals and buttocks. However, please note this class is not suitable for pregnant women.
We will do a 10 minute warm up at the beginning of the class, and cool down will include stretching at the end. Be prepared to feel the burn in the middle.
