Pregnancy Pilates can help retrain your muscles to accommodate to the changes your body undergoes throughout your pregnancy. Many women find that Pilates helps some of the common ailments associated with pregnancy, such as back and pelvic pain. It is a safe and effective way to strengthen the core muscles including the pelvic floor. We recommend you attend Pregnancy Pilates classes in the second or third trimester of pregnancy.
OUR PREGNANCY PILATES CLASSES
We run several Pregnancy Pilates classes throughout the week in conjunction with Yoga Mama Wellness. To see when these classes take place, consult our class timetable. Yoga Mama Wellness operates a class pass system on Pregnancy Pilates classes (bundles of 6 classes to be used within 8 weeks), with drop in places also available.
