Classes & workshops with Yoga Mama

Here at the Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy we run group exercise classes in conjunction with Yoga Mama. There is something to suit most needs, whether you are looking for a dynamic Yoga or Pilates session or a gentle return to exercise following injury. Yoga Mama are Putney's premier and longest serving Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates specialists. In addition, they also offer a number of postnatal and general classes and workshops both here at our Putney studio and online. As well as this, 1:1 private tuition is also available on request.

Find and book classes

Use the interactive class timetable below to find an a class that suits you. You can also use this to book classes in a few simple steps. All class bookings must be made online in advance as we are not currently able to process bookings or payments at reception. Please note that enrolment closes 60 minutes prior to the advertised class start times. Therefore, as some classes fill up quickly, we recommend you book early to avoid disappointment.

Courses

Yoga Mama run some of their classes as short courses. These are generally from 4 to 6 weeks in duration. Once an advertised course starts, online booking closes, which means students will not be able to join. However, if there are any places available, Yoga Mama may open these up as drop-in spaces. All course bookings must be made in advance using our online booking system, with enrolment closing 60 minutes before the advertised class start time. Courses are valid for the duration of the advertised date. This means that any missed classes cannot be carried forward to future courses.

1:1 private tuition

Yoga Mama offers 1:1 private sessions both for most classes. These sessions are not available to book online. So, if you would like to book a session, please contact Cherie Lathey directly on 07939 589 083 or send an email to info@yogamama.co.uk. Discounts are available on block bookings.
