The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy ensures that you are treated with dignity and respect and you receive the best possible care. We focus on the following areas in order to ensure that you take the greatest benefit from our services. On this page you can read more about our company policies.

Referrals

It is a source of great satisfaction when our Clients recommend the services we provide to family and friends. These types of referrals are crucial to the success of our business. Moreover, they allow us to help valued friends and family back on the path to optimal health and well-being.

Recovery

Returning to optimal health from injury requires time and perseverance. Our experience and expertise have demonstrated that patients recover at different rates. For this reason, we tailor our treatment plans to meet individual needs. While under our care, we continuously monitor our patients’ progress to ensure that treatments are proceeding as anticipated. It goes without saying that we want you to get the most from your care at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy.

Appointment scheduling

Our therapists will outline a recommended action plan for your injury. You will achieve the maximum results if you adhere to this. To optimise your care and save time, we urge Clients to schedule their appointments in advance. We offer online booking for osteopathy, physiotherapy, massage and shiatsu appointments. For all other services, bookings can only be made through our reception team.

Excellence in our fields of expertise

In order to continue to provide you with the best and most up to date care available, our practitioners regularly attend conferences and seminars. To ensure your treatment plan is unaffected, we endeavour to fit your appointments around those times. When this is not possible, we will entrust your care to another of our highly qualified team so that your treatment plan continues as scheduled.

Cancellations and missed appointments

Missed appointments will set you back in your recovery. As a result, we ask that Clients attend all scheduled appointments wherever possible. As part of our company policies, we require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rearrangement of any appointments. Failure to do so means that a cancellation charge of 100% of the consultation fee will be applied to your account. You may call or e-mail us to cancel/rearrange your appointment. To avoid disputes, our booking system logs when calls and emails are received. Please note that late cancellation/missed appointment fees are not covered by medical insurance providers and therefore must be paid by the Client.

Clients who repeatedly miss or reschedule appointments and also do not pay missed or other appointment charges will regretfully be discharged from care.
