Fiona Worthington practises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Hypnotherapy at The Putney Clinic of Physical Therapy. She trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnosis, one of the UK’s foremost training colleges for clinical hypnotherapists. She has an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP). In addition, she holds a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy (DCH) and a Diploma in CBT Coaching. she is also a Certified Practitioner in the art of Neuro-linguistic Programming. Fiona regularly attends CPD updates and supervision and is fully insured with Towergate Insurance.
Fiona worked for nearly twenty years in investment banking. As a result, she understands the pressure and stress of a demanding work environment. Being married and raising a family also means she is not immune to life’s ups and downs. She has a special interest in helping clients work through their problems. She regularly helps people with anxiety, depression, insomnia, pain-management, stress and self-esteem/ confidence issues.
Fiona uses Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) and Hypnotherapy. Both of these techniques involve re-training the mind. Once learned, clients can go away and use them themselves. It is Fiona’s goal to equip you with the tools to move forward in life. Her friendly personality will put you at ease during your sessions.
Fiona is accredited by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). She is also registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR). In addition, she is a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
