Whether you’re a complete beginner, have limited mobility, or are looking for a mindful way to unwind, this is the perfect opportunity to try something new.

OUR CLASSES

Our Chair Yoga classes are led by Senior Yoga Teacher Cherie Lathey at our studio in Putney. The classes are available as 4-week courses. Drop-in places may be opened up (subject to availability) once the course has started. The classes  are suitable for all levels of skill and experience.
