This Postnatal Yoga class facilitates a gentle return to yoga and exercise for postnatal women. It is a space for women to come back into their bodies and to stretch out areas that may have become tight during pregnancy and when feeding their baby.

Why do Postnatal Yoga?

  • Strengthen the back, abdominals and pelvic floor muscles.
  • Lower stress and tension.
  • Rejuvenate both the mind and body.
  • Increase energy and inner calm.

Who is it for?

Please note that this class is for mamas only and babies do not attend. If you would like to practise with your baby, our Mum and Baby yoga classes are for you.

Use the interactive timetable below to find and book your space. Please note that once a 4/5 week course has started, you will not be able to sign up. However, we will offer drop in places, subject to availability.

About our courses

Once an advertised course starts, online booking closes, which means students will not be able to join. However, if there are any places available, we may open these up as drop-in spaces. Courses are valid for the duration of the advertised date. This means that any missed classes cannot be carried forward to future courses.

Booking a class

Places on our in-studio group classes are limited and are on a first-come first-serve basis. At present, we are unable to take class bookings or payments at our reception. This means that in order to attend a class, you will need to book your space in advance using the Yoga Mama online booking system. Enrolment on our classes closes 60 minutes before advertised class start times. Therefore, we urge you to book early to avoid disappointment. We kindly request that you do not attend the studio without a valid class booking.

You can also use the Acuity Scheduling App to book classes on your mobile or tablet. This is available to download from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Class passes

Yoga Mama operates a class pass system, with passes available for 1, 5 and 10 classes. Visit our prices page for more information about the types of passes available and prices.

1:1 sessions

We currently offer 1:1 sessions at our studio and online upon request. These sessions are unavailable to book online.
