EATING FOR SUCCESS DURING THE MENOPAUSE
Free online talk with Linia Patel
Thursday 24 October 2024 (7-8pm)
Join us for this free, informative online talk titled 'Eating for Success during the Menopause' on Thursday 24 October (7-8pm). In this online talk, Linia Patel, dietitian at The Putney Clinic, will delve into the four fundamental nutrition principles for optimal hormonal balance during the menopause transition.
Healthy eating is not a replacement for hormonal therapy (should you choose to have it). However, your nutrition is a formidable ally. Not only can it help you feel and function better, but it can also support the management of your symptoms. Nutrition is fundamental to getting you well prepared for the menopause, rather than waiting for your symptoms to begin impacting your wellbeing. At the end of the talk, there will be time for a Q&A session.
